Through our classes, we provide our participants with the necessary tools to excel both on the job and in life. Our program starts with a comprehensive individual assessment and evaluation of your skills. Each of our participants is then placed in one of two unique career development programs:
1. Traditional Program: Designed for individuals with employment barriers and/or limited work histories.
2. Fast Track Program: Tailored for advanced participants with a positive work history, no background issues, a high school diploma/GED, certifications or advanced degrees.
In both programs, our Christian-based approach emphasizes character and spiritual growth in addition to practical training and job search assistance.
