Partner with CGM’s Employment Network at no-cost to gain connection with our well-vetted, highly qualified candidates. Since 1994, we have empowered local companies by helping over 5,000 individuals find meaningful employment. Our goal is to provide local businesses with quality employees and surround those employees with a network of support to ensure their success long after they graduate from our program.
Our participants come to us with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. “We want to dispel the myth that we only help people with life challenges, legal and personal,” says CGM Employment Network VP, Abe Woolfolk. “While assisting those individuals remains important to us, our services are available to everyone seeking to gain meaningful and rewarding employment. We are proud to serve a diverse range of individuals and are committed to supporting each person throughout every stage of their career journey.”
Our program is delivered by our highly trained staff with decades of experience and supported by a professional advisory team composed of top local business experts and HR specialist in their respective fields. This combination ensures that our participants receive the most up-to-date skills sought after by today’s employers, all delivered with the highest quality of care and instruction. Through our classes, we provide our participants with the necessary tools to excel both on the job and in life. Our program starts with a comprehensive individual assessment and evaluation of their skills. Each of our participants is placed in one of two unique career development programs based
on their needs:
1. Traditional Program: Designed for individuals with employment barriers and/or limited work histories.
2. Fast Track Program: Tailored for advanced participants with a positive work history, no background issue, a high school diploma/GED, certification or advanced degrees.
In both programs, our Christian-based approach emphasizes character and spiritual growth in addition to practical training and job search assistance. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive High School Program at several area schools. This program equips our young people with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s workforce. Students are able to explore career options, develop career readiness skills and are supported through continued mentorship and guidance.
