An Introduction to Understanding Poverty

City Gospel Mission offers a training several times a year based on the bestselling books “A Framework for Understanding Poverty” and “When Helping Hurts”, presented by City Gospel Mission staff. This fun, interactive training is designed for volunteers and professionals who work with people who come from poverty, or anyone who would like to gain a better understanding about the culture of poverty.
