Case Manager (Homeless Services) – City Gospel Mission’s Homeless Shelter is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Case Manager. Case Managers work one-to-one with men in our shelter to motivate, encourage and provide accountability for the residents so they can reach their case plan goals. Security Guard and Community Facilitator (Homeless Services) – This is a full-time (30-40 hours per week) dual role, meaning this person acts as both Security Guard & Community Facilitator. As Security Guard this person helps to create a safe, secure environment in the Men’s Shelter. As Community Facilitator, this person helps to create and maintain a positive community of residents who are working toward their goals of stable housing and/or employment. Career Advocate in Greater Middletown, OH (JobsPlus) – City Gospel Mission is seeking a part-time (less than 29 hours per week) Career Advocate for JobsPlus who will mainly work in the Middletown area. Advocates help our program participants prepare to shine as they seek employment opportunities. The Career Advocate will facilitate virtual and onsite workshops, interactive group discussions, career development seminars, and offsite training programs. Digital Marketing Manager (Development) – City Gospel Mission is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Digital Marketing Manager. This person is responsible to generate giving, online conversions and actionable insights across all CGM digital channels and digital assets. Advancement Manager, Major Donors (Development) – City Gospel Mission is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Advancement Manager. Youth Programs

Youth Mentoring Volunteer Support Manager (Youth Programs) – City Gospel Mission is seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) Youth Mentoring Volunteer Support Manager. The person in this role will oversee partner sites where volunteers work with youth through the Youth Mentoring program. Recovery

Discipleship Coordinator (Recovery) – Compares to Community Support Worker – City Gospel Mission is seeking a part-time Discipleship Coordinator. This role compares to Community Support Worker and is 15-20 hours per week and on call hours as needed. Discipleship Coordinators work directly with program participants on the daily activities related to rebuilding their lives free of addictive thinking and behaviors. They supervise participants’ compliance with program policies, procedures, and principles. They oversee daily operations including planning, scheduling, and transporting program participants. Administrative Services

Executive Project Manager (Administrative Services) – City Gospel Mission is seeking a part-time (20-24 hours per week) Executive Project Manager who will report directly to the President. The EPM will lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. The person in this role will also prepare the data and inputs for the Board of Trustee meetings. Hope House Mission is located in Middletown, Ohio and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Gospel Mission. 

Women’s Shelter

Women’s Center Resident Specialist (Homeless Services in Middletown, OH) – Have you felt the Lord tugging at your heart to serve his women and children? Hope House is seeking a committed individual to fill the Women’s Center Resident Specialist position. The position is part-time Saturday and Sunday, 12pm-12am. The Resident Specialist will run the front desk, attend all staff meetings, supervise clients, oversee inspections, manage donations, and have a working knowledge of community resources.
